THE GROUP STAGES of this season’s Barking & Dagenham Post Cup are now complete, with twenty-five matches complete. Qualifying for the knockout stages are James Cambell, Ripple, Thomas Arnold, Valence, Warren, Eastbury, Parsloes, Monteagle, St Joseph’s (Dag.) and Grafton.

The rest of the competing teams move into the Barking & Dagenham Trophy.
